The food at Hillview was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms werenice and neat, providing a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent dining and comfortable accommodations.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking and the staff were friendly and had good communication skills. the location was close to the city, which made it easy to explore the nearby area.
The room and bathroom were outdated and unpleasant. It was also frustrating that there were not enough amenities provided, such as slippers and tissues.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to nature. the location was convenient with transport easily accessible from just outside the hotel gates. the room was spacious and clean with a picturesque view of the hills and lush tea gardens. Room service was prompt and the breakfast spread was delicious and varied each day.
The Wi-Fi connection was spotty and didn't reach our room.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel near Munnar and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect - surrounded by nature and close to many attractions. The staff provided excellent service, making me feel right at home. They were attentive to all my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and ironing facilities. The hotel also offered convenient services like room service, car hire, and laundry, which made my stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. I was highly impressed with the quality of service and the luxurious experience provided by this hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Great view and very helpful staff. Hotel is located in a perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. Breakfast and dinner were included and they had excellent food. , they had a play area for kids which was great. Definitely recommended for families.
The price was a bit high, but worth it due to the great location. The bathroom was outdated and could use some renovating, but it was still functional.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is great- close to many places to visit and surrounded by nature. The rooms were very clean and had great views. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
All was good! No complaints whatsoever.
